Below is my original 2 star review. Upon posting, I was contacted by the owner. He apologized, gave me a refund, and offered to make it right. The issue was a missing collar button - so I felt he went way beyond my expectations on how to make this right. I am impressed by the commitment to service and I will be using them going forward. The staff at Embassy Cleaners are extremely professional, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. They take wonderful meticulous care with each and every garment I have taken in to have pressed and /or dry cleaned. The garments are impeccably cleaned. I’ve been using embassy cleaners for 2 years and have had an amazing experience. They pick up my dry cleaning from my home and deliver back to my front door. All arrangements made by a simple text. Couldn’t be easier and saves me time from dropping off and picking up dry cleaning myself!
It was my first time using Embassy cleaners but won’t be my last. After a brief consultation, they did a wonderful job cleaning some old but much loved bedding. No fading, the colors look bright and fresh. It was carefully packed in a sealed bag for storage and I appreciated the ease of the check out machine.
We have used Embassy for years and they have amazing service. I love that I can tell them when to stop by and when we don’t have anything. And Brian, our delivery and pick up expert, always checks in if I forgot to leave something out - it is a life saver in a busy world. Highly recommend!
