I tried to pick up my coast on 11/15 on the counter, and I couldn't pay my coats with my debit card, because the Jane Rivkin never has a effective communication with their team, she called many times for paying and email me like 10 times, when I informed her previously by phone and email, that i will pay in the counter (my credicard was hacked) with my debit card, her team does not know how to do it.
