The quality is always good, but the prices have gone up. My last bill seemed much more expensive than previous orders with the same amount of clothing.

Thank you for your feedback. I want you to know we value your business. Yes we have had monor price increases. We have had inceased labor , supply and energy costs. To be able to maintain our high level of quality I gave my staff a cost of living wage increase.Your recent orders although not exactly the same quantity and clothing mix were as follows :March Average price $10.52/ April $10.14 / May $11.17 and Sept $12.29. Convenient, efficient and quality service!
Took 4 sets of bed linens to be washed and pressed. I’m very very fussy about sheets! I like them smooth and well-ironed. I was flabbergasted when I picked them up! Exquisitely washed and pressed!! I’m in heaven!
