Helpful employees both at store and delivery folks. Professional and always pleased with quality of services. You can’t go wrong using this company.
Elite makes dry cleaning so much easier with their bag service, drop box, and cards on file. Good attention to detail such as balloon sleeves stuffed with tissue to prevent wrinkles. They are not the least expensive, so you will pay for the convenience. No alterations so you will need another provider for that. Overall recommend them!

I have been using Elite Cleaners for many years and have never had an issue. You do a great job. I do have one observation.Recently when I am picking up I do not see any of the regular staff who always made me feel so welcome.All of the friendly attitude is missing!!

Mrs Westerman. Sorry you have this feeling. Our primary CSR has been out with Long Hauler Covid issues. She is coming back August 1st There is only one staff member that is new. Everyone else has been with Elite over 2 years with the exception of Mayra who has been with us 1 year.. Again I apologize for the lack of that warm feeling I will speak with my counter staff. I really appreciate your feedback
