These guys have it down. Want to drop off dry cleaning early or late - - the dropbox with combination works great. Want them to come to your house because your lazy, or don't want to venture outside of your air conditioning - - they do all the sweating. Very nice people.
There are many dry cleaners in the Phoenix area to choose from, but only a few offer great customer service, and the willingness to go out of their way to meet your needs. I can proudly pass on this recommendations to my friends and clients.
I am very impressed with the quality of your business. I live up north and it is very convenient to just bring it to the office. I've been taking my clothes to Elite Cleaners for several years now, and as long as they're in business I'll never go anywhere else. The entire staff is friendly and courteous, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that everything is done on time and per instructions. They actually recognize me and pull my order as I'm walking into the store. Who does that anymore? No problems
I recently started using Elite Cleaners and I have been very pleased with the service. They are fast, courteous and willing to do on-the-stop pressing while I wait. I would highly recommend this cleaners.
The only reason that it's not a 5 star rating is because the parking situation is very annoying. Other than that, its the best cleaning servive i have ever gone to!
