The customer service is top-notch. Any questions I had, they were able to answer immediately. I'm new to Phoenix and needed a dry-cleaning and launder service fast - Elite Cleaners was just that! I took 3 pair of pants and 6 dress shirts. They were ready in less than 24 hours! Oh - they will email/text/call when your clothes are ready! Great telephone customer service - and pick up and delivery service could not be better. My clothes were returned in top-notch condition.
