Great job removing a stain in a sweater
(1) you are misspelling my name, and I have asked twice, politely (2) I came for pickup a day after the day designated, my order was at another store, so I came back 2 days later
I set out my laundry on Friday... it was not picked up... I set it out again on Saturday in case they just forgot and would pick-up then... again, it was not picked up. I will try it once more... David Helms
Brought pants and shirt in for medium starch. When I picked them up none of the items (pants / 2 shirts) had been starched. I addressed this issue to the attendant she said they were starched and they would starch them stiffer next time. I insisted that they starch the cloths. She wanted to redo the shirts and not the pants. I insisted that they redo all items. I had already paid for starch for all pieces. Leslie, I apologize that the items had not been starched to your preference. Without seeing the specific items, I cannot directly address them. There are several factors that can make one item stiffer then another, even if they receive the same amount of starch. The biggest being how heavy the clothing is, and what it is made of. Cotton and linen hold starch the best, and the thicker and heavier the item is the stiffer it will be. We add starch directly into the last rinse of the washing process. The attendant rolled her eyes when I walked in. She was not professional in her appearance or demeanor. She did not seem to care about serving the customer. Additionally, there were still spots on my clothing that were not clean after services rendered. It was by no means a pleasant experience.
