Great service but just make sure you bring a hanger that your not afraid to lose. I had my pants on a clamp hanger and now I no longer have it. Other than that great service.
I was a loyal customer here for nearly 8 years, but the recent experience has been nothing short of infuriating. They’ve ruined two of my dress shirts — high-quality pieces worth hundreds — and taken zero accountability. We’ve been using Eddies custom dry cleaners for a couple of years now, and we couldn’t be happier! Frank is the best, so friendly, knowledgeable, and consistent. Not one garment has ever been messed up, and we’ve given them hundreds. All cleaned, pressed and hung and delivered as if it was for a King! Now they have a new software system that doesn’t require tagging each item, so no more safety pins or scratchy tags. I highly recommend them!!!
I have been coming to Eddie’s Custom Cleaners for about a year and after my last visit, I will not be returning. I sent my same white skirt that I bring in probably once a month to be cleaned and it came back today with two white bleach stains on the front. When I brought it to the lady’s attention at the front desk, she told me that must be how I bought the skirt. No ma’am. I did not purchase the skirt brand new in that condition.
