I have been coming to Eddie’s Custom Cleaners for about a year and after my last visit, I will not be returning. I sent my same white skirt that I bring in probably once a month to be cleaned and it came back today with two white bleach stains on the front. When I brought it to the lady’s attention at the front desk, she told me that must be how I bought the skirt. No ma’am. I did not purchase the skirt brand new in that condition. This is my neighborhood cleaners and I love them. They are always friendly and helpful. They have a tailor on site, so I have been able to get my pants hemmed without having to go to a different place. You are always going to get a smile and a friendly welcome, quality work (they even put temp cuff links on my French cuffs), and a quick turnaround time. Highly recommend you try them
Dani, in the alterations department, is excellent. Highly recommend! The dry cleaning itself and the customer service, depending on who is at the counter (I prefer mornings for the most friendly service), can vary and every now and then there might be an issue....but it's conveniently located for me as compared to a competitor of my preference so I use them with regularity.
This Cleaners from address at one time at Neptune & Dale Mabry & Now on Kennedy I use once they changed location’s the people and the Quality of dry cleaning and seamstress work is Top Notch. As a NYC girl I’m picky about my Designer & high end clothes and Eddie’s but mostly the high quality people that work at Eddie’s Cleaners is what makes them a 10 with 10 being the highest rating !!! Love them ♥️♥️
Have been using these folks for 5 years. Mirabella and staff are very friendly, accurate, and professional! Very quick, also. Clothes are cleaned well and back the next day.
