I recently visited Eddie's Custom Cleaners for the first time, and I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed! Not only did they do an amazing job with my dry cleaning, but their alterations service was exceptional too. I had a few items that needed some adjustments, and they took care of everything with such attention to detail. I'm short so hemming my pants is a must, they made sure everything fit perfectly. First Class from start to finish. Was able to pull right up to the door and walk in. Was quickly greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. I pass this business every day on my way home from MacDill AFB. And I have heard nothing but good things. And I have to agree! Turn around was quick and everything looked great. Thank you so much! I Was passing through town from Cape Coral.. I needed my USMC blues uniform cleaned and pressed.. everyone else said 3 to 5 days to get it done.. Not Eddie's custom, they got me done in less than 24 hrs and primo quality results. Highly recommend Eddie's!! To top it off they offer an awesome military discount..
They lost 2 of my items as a first time customer. They were able to eventually track down my clothes and were very apologetic which I appreciated. They also comped the price which was kind of them so I decided to give them a second chance and dropped off another item. When I went to pick up, they skipped over me and helped a gentleman who came in 5 minutes after me. I’m not sure if it’s just my bad luck or the customer service. The dry cleaning was well done but unfortunately I don’t think I will be a returning customer.
