They lost 2 of my items as a first time customer. They were able to eventually track down my clothes and were very apologetic which I appreciated. They also comped the price which was kind of them so I decided to give them a second chance and dropped off another item. When I went to pick up, they skipped over me and helped a gentleman who came in 5 minutes after me. I’m not sure if it’s just my bad luck or the customer service. The dry cleaning was well done but unfortunately I don’t think I will be a returning customer.
I have to give Eddie’s Cleaners, in South Tampa, an Outstanding 5 Stars! This is an excellent, high quality, great customer service and overall wonderful dry cleaner! I Was passing through town from Cape Coral.. I needed my USMC blues uniform cleaned and pressed.. everyone else said 3 to 5 days to get it done.. Not Eddie's custom, they got me done in less than 24 hrs and primo quality results. Highly recommend Eddie's!! To top it off they offer an awesome military discount..
We just moved here and we were looking for a better a than good cleaners and I believe after getting my items back we have found one. They did a great job making sure the collar was clean. Used perfect amount of starch. They went the extra mile to even fix my button on my pants and suit jacket. This was a Wonderful Experience with very professional and friendly staff. We have decided to make this our dry cleaners permanently. We usually have to try 4-5 places before we find one that meets our needs.
