My husband and I get or dry cleaning done here, they do a great job. Very convenient, fast, consistent and love how they press collard shirts, I don’t care how good you are at ironing, it doesn’t compare to getting your shirts professionally pressed. We get our alterations done here as well, kind of expensive but done perfectly so can’t complain too much. Would recommend and we’re not going to stop using them anytime soon. 👍🏻😁
I recently visited Eddie's Custom Cleaners for the first time, and I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed! Not only did they do an amazing job with my dry cleaning, but their alterations service was exceptional too. Love Eddie’s, they always know what to do to the stains and the type of fabrics I bring in. I love that they recycle their hangers and know our names. They have also fixed my hem perfectly. They will be our local cleaner for as long as we live here. They have been through a lot with the hurricanes but finally got their new awning up! Looking good! 👍
They lost 2 of my items as a first time customer. They were able to eventually track down my clothes and were very apologetic which I appreciated. They also comped the price which was kind of them so I decided to give them a second chance and dropped off another item. When I went to pick up, they skipped over me and helped a gentleman who came in 5 minutes after me. I’m not sure if it’s just my bad luck or the customer service. The dry cleaning was well done but unfortunately I don’t think I will be a returning customer.
The customer service is excellent. I received a warm welcome when dropping off my cleaning and upon returning to pick it up. I'm very pleased with service.
