I recently visited Eddie's Custom Cleaners for the first time, and I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed! Not only did they do an amazing job with my dry cleaning, but their alterations service was exceptional too. I Was passing through town from Cape Coral.. I needed my USMC blues uniform cleaned and pressed.. everyone else said 3 to 5 days to get it done.. Not Eddie's custom, they got me done in less than 24 hrs and primo quality results. Highly recommend Eddie's!! To top it off they offer an awesome military discount..
They lost 2 of my items as a first time customer. They were able to eventually track down my clothes and were very apologetic which I appreciated. They also comped the price which was kind of them so I decided to give them a second chance and dropped off another item. When I went to pick up, they skipped over me and helped a gentleman who came in 5 minutes after me. I’m not sure if it’s just my bad luck or the customer service. The dry cleaning was well done but unfortunately I don’t think I will be a returning customer.
Eddie’s quality of dry cleaning is excellent and the staff is professional and engaging. Myself (and my suits) have been burnt before. Eddie’s has restored my faith in dry cleaners.
