I’ve been a regular customer here for 5+ years now. Staff is very nice, service is completed quickly, and pricing is fair. Have also used Danny the Tailor here multiple times. He does great work! Can do it all - would recommend this place to anyone looking for dry cleaning and alterations!
Eddie’s cleaners completely destroyed my white pants suit supply pants that costed me over $300+. I brought it in to be dry cleaned. When I got my pants back there were coffee looking stains all over, plus blue dye inside and outside the pants. I had to find out that they do not do anything in house and it’s sent to another location in Ybor. Front staff lady is extremely nice and told me that she will have it RE Cleaned but can’t guarantee that the pants are going to be saved…. I will change this review if the pants come bac... read more
Front counter staff has changed in last few months and new staff is tough to deal with. It seems each time is becoming a hassle. Saying clothes aren’t here - then they are found, abrasive attitude as though customers are a bother. Manager should wake up to customer service issues before we all go up the street. I will say the work done on cleaning has always been good. Just becoming unpleasant to go.
I’ve had a couple shirts altered here. Recently, I got my new Bucs jersey tailored because it was too baggy and it came out really good. It fits perfectly. The owner does it himself. Note: I see bad reviews and it’s mostly on missed deadlines. If you’re in a big rush, you might have to look elsewhere. He’s not the fastest but both times I gave him tons of time.
I recently changed my dry cleaners/alterations service. I was unhappy with the quality of the cleaning, the pricing and the personnel. One trip to Eddie's on Harbour Island was all I needed to become a loyal customer!
