We very much enjoy working with Dutch Boy Cleaners because they do a good job with our clothes and some linens, the pick-up and delivery staff are polite, reliable and great people to work with. I do look forward to when they have improved their finishing of cashmere. I tried them twice for this service but was not happy with the appearance of my sweaters after DB. This is such a convenient service and they always treat my clothes well! So happy to have this available. I used to take forever dropping off and picking up, so this is a wonderful time saver!
This has been my go to cleaner & seamstress for 12+ years! They always do the best work for a reasonable price! Alberto is amazing at what he does and can fix any snag or do any alteration needed with a sweet smile on his face! I will always recommend this dutch boys, they are truly the best! *This review is based on customer service with the woman who worked on 5/29/2024 @8:48am at the Thousand Oaks location. This is not based on performance or delivery*. Yesterday was my first time to go to the TO location. I was attempting to drop off 19 dress shirts for my boyfriend. When I arrived, a woman came out of the drive thru door and yelled “Heyyyy”, since I had drove up too far. I reversed and she greeted me with “what do you need”. I have been a customer for over a decade. I have enjoyed with them picking up and delivering clothes from my house. I also like the automated system to drop off and Pick up clothes from the store after hrs and the staff have always been great. Only Complaint happened this week. I was texted at5:58am to call after 7:00am to update my credit card expiring at the end of the month or i wouldnt get my clothes delivered. What?? Text me during normal Business times.
