What’s wonderful experience this was. Great friendly customer service when speaking to Micheal our pick up driver. He was flexible with our schedule time and was in communication with me through the process. He went above and beyond to make sure the service I needed for my cleaning pick up went smoothly. I had 5 large bags of table linens from an event that I just coordinated and they did an amazing cleaning, drying and folding them up nice and neatly so they are ready to go for my next event. Dutch Boy Cleaners are great! They provide pickup and delivery which is perfect for me since I can't walk very well. Their dry cleaning and pressing are fantastic, coming back clean and not smelling of solvent or other odors. It took me several cleaners before finding Dutch Boy cleaners. They stand by their work, in fact replacing a shirt that was lost. Most cleaners say they'll do that but don't stand behind their word. I think what people need to realize is that the cost for their services is the same whether you use their stores as a walk in customer or if you use their pickup and delivery service…it’s the same price either way. So why not enjoy the benefits of not having to leave your home? My first order was a blazer for dry cleaning and pressing as well as one pair of slacks to be cleaned, pressed and hem the length one inch. Service was excellent! Leaving your home to go to the cleaners is a task within itself. Love the simplicity of putting my clothes in a bag and setting them outside my front porch. And the beauty of coming home to clean clothes hanging on my front door. Love it!
Dutch Boy cleaners is the best. Pick up and delivery, run by Rick is perfect. Rick runs things well and has a great personality. They are lucky to have him. I’m very happy with their service.
