What’s wonderful experience this was. Great friendly customer service when speaking to Micheal our pick up driver. He was flexible with our schedule time and was in communication with me through the process. He went above and beyond to make sure the service I needed for my cleaning pick up went smoothly. I had 5 large bags of table linens from an event that I just coordinated and they did an amazing cleaning, drying and folding them up nice and neatly so they are ready to go for my next event. Dutch Boy Cleaners are great! They provide pickup and delivery which is perfect for me since I can't walk very well. Their dry cleaning and pressing are fantastic, coming back clean and not smelling of solvent or other odors. It took me several cleaners before finding Dutch Boy cleaners. They stand by their work, in fact replacing a shirt that was lost. Most cleaners say they'll do that but don't stand behind their word. 10 year customer. Very reliable home delivery and the overall quality of service is very good. Never ever broken buttons on my shirts! The only thing that could be improved is more consistent starch in my dress shirts.
Service was excellent! Leaving your home to go to the cleaners is a task within itself. Love the simplicity of putting my clothes in a bag and setting them outside my front porch. And the beauty of coming home to clean clothes hanging on my front door. Love it!
I was very pleased with my experience. I had stained shirt collars and they removed the stains completely . The pickup/delivery service made everything very easy since my schedule is very busy. Highly recommend!
