So far I have been really enjoying this service!! The thing that stands out to me the most from Dutch Boy Cleaners is their pick up and drop off service. My husband and I have very demanding and busy jobs so not having to worry about who is picking up or dropping off our extensive dry cleaning each week is amazing. I highly recommend.
I have used Dutch Boy for my dry cleaning needs over 10 years. Their team is very friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy excellent and quality service. And rarely when a “redo” needs to be done, their response is always quick and courteous. And my garment ends up looking great.
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! I was just billed $25 for dry cleaning 3 polo shirts. Dutch Boys always has been more expensive than its competitors, but the new ownership has gone too far with pricing. I am a long time customer, but no more. My advice: save a couple of dollars and go to a competitor.
We very much enjoy working with Dutch Boy Cleaners because they do a good job with our clothes and some linens, the pick-up and delivery staff are polite, reliable and great people to work with. I do look forward to when they have improved their finishing of cashmere. I tried them twice for this service but was not happy with the appearance of my sweaters after DB. This has been my go to cleaner & seamstress for 12+ years! They always do the best work for a reasonable price! Alberto is amazing at what he does and can fix any snag or do any alteration needed with a sweet smile on his face! I will always recommend this dutch boys, they are truly the best! Thanks Alberto and team for always having my clothing & fabric items covered!
