So I have very rarely had any incident with a dry cleaners, but it is bound to happen at some point. So what matters most to me is how that issue is handled. I took two blazers to be cleaned that really needed cleaning. They came back spotless and in less than 3 days. I read reviews before using them. The reviews were true. They do excellent cleaning. They're also friendly and professional. So glad I found them!

It was my very first time using DUTCH BOY CLEANERS at that particular location, in New Braunfels TX on Feb. 25, 2025. I was very pleased with their service. Could their service be better on this day? No. I was pleased for every money that I had spent with them Dry Cleaning my Clothes. Thanks Dutch Boy Cleaners. You did great.

Amazing costumer service. Love the workers. They are so nice and friendly while also being great at their job. They work late to make sure orders get filled in time.

Customer service is top tier when I go in. However, I feel terrible for the poor employees who have to work there. I went in the morning and it was HOT inside. The AC was out and has been. I can’t believe management would allow the employees to work in those conditions.
