So I have very rarely had any incident with a dry cleaners, but it is bound to happen at some point. So what matters most to me is how that issue is handled. This was my experience with Dutch Boys, how they handled the issue with my garment was with a level of customer service that is rare to find anymore. I took two blazers to be cleaned that really needed cleaning. They came back spotless and in less than 3 days. I read reviews before using them. The reviews were true. They do excellent cleaning. They're also friendly and professional. So glad I found them!

Amazing costumer service. Love the workers. They are so nice and friendly while also being great at their job. They work late to make sure orders get filled in time.

Customer service is top tier when I go in. However, I feel terrible for the poor employees who have to work there. I went in the morning and it was HOT inside. The AC was out and has been. I can’t believe management would allow the employees to work in those conditions.

Customer service is trash the heavy set Hispanic lady working the early shift or when yall opened on Thursday 6-12-25 was very rude at 7 when yall opened the open sign was not turned on i waited 20 mins before i went to the door to see yall were open i figured because she was by herself she didnt want to open which i can understand when i did walk in she took my clothes asked for my last name which i gave her and proceeded to spell out for her only for her to tell me "I know how to spell it" most people dont same for my firs... read more
