One of the friendliest and most professional places I've ever been to. They took great care of the special item I brought in, making sure to call and consult with me before deciding what process to use. I usually try to avoid that part of Common Street because of the traffic situation, but I will definitely be going there, traffic notwithstanding, for all our future cleaning needs and HIGHLY recommend them! (P.S. The item came out beautifully)
I had 5 jackets for dry clean. One jacket was not pressed and it’s wrinkled. I brought this to the attention of the attendant and told me that I can come back and pick it up some other day. That’s ridiculous! No discount given. Also 2 other jackets sleeves were not pressed. The other jacket that I paid for extra for removal of lent was not pressed either. I would not go back to have my clothes done here. I say it’s wishy washy job and no one checks quality when received from an another service vendor.
The people are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The service was fast and top rate. Now that I have experienced thief product and service, I don't ever have to go anywhere else. Brian

The employees at this location are fabulous!! So helpful and friendly. And of course, they did a great job on our dry cleaning too :-)
