Their father had managed the business and its thirty locations up until six years ago, before he decided to retire and pass the family business down for the brothers to take over. I design custom clothes so I try and find best dry cleaner for myself then clients. Thank god found a good one! Lead time is good, quality, no damage (besides mother of pearl buttons but they are delicate), and amazing customer service when they lady works there. She greets me upon arrival was patient and walked me through process, and created a great experience for me. Recommending all my clients! Keep up the great work!
The customer service is friendly, attentive to my needs, and over all excellent! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, are due to extra wrinkles added to my garments at times. However, with a bit more attention to detail during the process, and checking prior to items deemed ready, that can be over come! In the meantime, I look forward to continuous service!
I've worked with the staff directly and have used the automated system. The staff are very service oriented and friendly. The automated system to drop off and pick-up clothing has worked every time without fail. The quality The quality of the workmanship is consistently high. They have removed difficult stains from delicate fabric when needed. Pressing is Aldo very good with no crease lines I tact and essentially no unwanted wrinkles due to pressing.
Lost the button on a brand new blazer and I had to wait an extended time for them to find and attach a replacement, I was unable to wear my work suit to TWO important meetings. When it was finally ready, I was still charged the full price. I will not use their dry cleaning services ever again.
