Amazing customer service super easy convenience on picking up and dropping off 24/7 for a late worker like me. Super cooperative when it comes to any issues regarding your clothes. Been dealing with the same store for 4 years now 👍🏻
I have used this location to clean linens, launder shirts and for dry cleaning. The onsite staff are always pleasant. Unfortunately the prices are higher than other places. I was upset that my husband’s shirts were dry cleaned and not laundered. I was charged extra for dry cleaning that was not necessary. When I spoke to staff, no refund was offered. I did not have a good experience with Dutch Boy Cleaners. I have been a customer for a long time, not sure how many years now. I had problems with two dresses being damaged. I was not compensated for any of the damages and on one dress the manager didn’t even have the courtesy to call. On the second dress, she said her helper asked her to call me and she wanted to know what I needed. This is such an easy place to drop off and pickup. My clothes are always perfect. Even though it's automated there's a friendly person there during regular hours.
I love the convince of the facility, but there's room for improvement. Please check your customers clothing and make sure it's the representation you want your company to have. There's been several occasions I've needed to send items back to look professionally pressed, instead of like they've been done with a warm iron. Please train your team to take pride in their work.
