Love how accessible getting my dry cleaning after hours is! No matter what time I get around to it, I can come in and get my clothes. They do a good job of starching my jeans and shorts too, so grateful that they are so close to my home.
Amazing customer service super easy convenience on picking up and dropping off 24/7 for a late worker like me. Super cooperative when it comes to any issues regarding your clothes. Been dealing with the same store for 4 years now 👍🏻
I have used this location to clean linens, launder shirts and for dry cleaning. The onsite staff are always pleasant. Unfortunately the prices are higher than other places. I was upset that my husband’s shirts were dry cleaned and not laundered. I was charged extra for dry cleaning that was not necessary. When I spoke to staff, no refund was offered. I love the convince of the facility, but there's room for improvement. Please check your customers clothing and make sure it's the representation you want your company to have. There's been several occasions I've needed to send items back to look professionally pressed, instead of like they've been done with a warm iron. Please train your team to take pride in their work. Location is conveniently located. Love the self-serve kiosks and 24/7 access. Customer service is always great when I need help outside of the kiosk.
