Their father had managed the business and its thirty locations up until six years ago, before he decided to retire and pass the family business down for the brothers to take over. We really appreciate the pick-up and drop-off service. Set your clothes out on your front porch on Tuesday or Friday and your clean clothes come back the next Tuesday or Friday. I'd give them five stars, but they can't seem to not press a crease into my flat front pants. Get to know the route supervisor personally and that issue can go away
I have used this location to clean linens, launder shirts and for dry cleaning. The onsite staff are always pleasant. Unfortunately the prices are higher than other places. I was upset that my husband’s shirts were dry cleaned and not laundered. I was charged extra for dry cleaning that was not necessary. When I spoke to staff, no refund was offered. You would think with all the automation that requires more effort by the customer (enter order, bag clothes etc) that the prices would be lower not higher.
First time dropping off and picking up after normal hours. Process was simple and extremely convenient. Very helpful to continue to get everything taken care of on my work schedule.
Dutch Boy Cleaners in Leon Springs got good reviews and I decided to try them out. The process of setting up an account was made easy by the associate who was working! She’s got a great disposition and was easy to work with. She helped me start and explained the process for after hours! I was impressed!! I will be going back!! Went back again and love the self-serve portal!! It’s easy and you can still access your dry cleaning needs even if no people are present! Very convenient and the people are fantastic!
Dutch boy cleaners has been around a long time in our great little town of Leon Springs, Tx. always had great prices excellent work and smiles on their faces this particular round I had some zippers replaced on my shop jacket I've had for about 8 Years, love that jacket and knocked it out of the park, great job guys I really appreciate it and I won't freeze to death this year.
