I design custom clothes so I try and find best dry cleaner for myself then clients. Thank god found a good one! Lead time is good, quality, no damage (besides mother of pearl buttons but they are delicate), and amazing customer service when they lady works there. She greets me upon arrival was patient and walked me through process, and created a great experience for me. Recommending all my clients! Keep up the great work!
The customer service is friendly, attentive to my needs, and over all excellent! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, are due to extra wrinkles added to my garments at times. However, with a bit more attention to detail during the process, and checking prior to items deemed ready, that can be over come! In the meantime, I look forward to continuous service!
I've worked with the staff directly and have used the automated system. The staff are very service oriented and friendly. The automated system to drop off and pick-up clothing has worked every time without fail. The quality The quality of the workmanship is consistently high. They have removed difficult stains from delicate fabric when needed. Pressing is Aldo very good with no crease lines I tact and essentially no unwanted wrinkles due to pressing.
Dutch Boy Cleaners in Leon Springs got good reviews and I decided to try them out. The process of setting up an account was made easy by the associate who was working! She’s got a great disposition and was easy to work with. She helped me start and explained the process for after hours! I was impressed!! I will be going back!! Went back again and love the self-serve portal!! It’s easy and you can still access your dry cleaning needs even if no people are present! Very convenient and the people are fantastic!
