The drop-off and pick-up process is quick and hassle-free, which makes it perfect for a busy schedule. Staff is friendly, and everything comes back clean and well taken care of. Definitely a convenient spot I’ll keep using!!
Love how accessible getting my dry cleaning after hours is! No matter what time I get around to it, I can come in and get my clothes. They do a good job of starching my jeans and shorts too, so grateful that they are so close to my home.
I have used this location to clean linens, launder shirts and for dry cleaning. The onsite staff are always pleasant. Unfortunately the prices are higher than other places. I was upset that my husband’s shirts were dry cleaned and not laundered. I was charged extra for dry cleaning that was not necessary. When I spoke to staff, no refund was offered. I love the convince of the facility, but there's room for improvement. Please check your customers clothing and make sure it's the representation you want your company to have. There's been several occasions I've needed to send items back to look professionally pressed, instead of like they've been done with a warm iron. Please train your team to take pride in their work. Have taken my stuff here for years because of the convenient location. Love that they offer an after hours user friendly drop off. Last time I was there I had my toddler and infant, the person working offered to bring my stuff out to the car for me which she did and told me next time if I have my kids with me to call in and let them know so that they can come out and help!
