First experience and NOT good on price, execution of order request, and order completion date. Basic order of dress shirts and one couch throw with no stains or special request...basic laundry and dry cleaning. Bill was 120% over item-by-item quote at drop-off counter. Laundered shirts not packaged as promised. Drop-off was mid-week, but order not ready until following Monday. No texts on completion status as promised. The staff is friendly, the service was quick, but the price was ridiculous… Four pair of jeans and two dress shirts $48! The last time I had my laundry done I swore I would never pay to have it done again Because of the price
They did a phenomenal job cleaning my white queen comforter. Turnaround time was 2 business days. Not mention Awesome Customer Service! Thank you!!
