Went in and receptionist was very kind and helpful as we had many different garments. As far as the service it was very quick literally turn around time. Everything was ready the next day. Thank you!
They told me that they could fold my dress shirt two separate occasions and didn’t do it. The person who helped me said that whoever does the work ignored the request. Then they noticed that I was about to be charged for a service that I didn’t receive so they corrected it. Why even offer something that you aren’t willing to do and where is management?
My wool winter coat got packed for my move to NB with the dog blankets. I was sure the dog hair and smell was embedded for good but it came back clean and smelling new. I'm a fan and a permanent customer. Thank you!
