The service and quality was great in the beginning but over time the ladies at the storefront became more mad / irritated. Arrived many times to drop off or pick up and there was a sign on the door saying “on break be back in 15min” or “in restroom please wait”. I quit using this company for laundry / dry cleaning services when they lost 3 pairs of pants of mine. First experience and NOT good on price, execution of order request, and order completion date. Basic order of dress shirts and one couch throw with no stains or special request...basic laundry and dry cleaning. Bill was 120% over item-by-item quote at drop-off counter. Laundered shirts not packaged as promised. Drop-off was mid-week, but order not ready until following Monday. No texts on completion status as promised. We have been using Dutch Boy for years and are super pleased with their service and quality. Laundry always comes back smelling fresh. We live in New Braunfels and they recently opened up a new location On Hwy 46 which is much closer to our house and much more convenient, However, this new location is not open on Saturday even though they have been open for quite a while. Love the drive up. Always receive my items back with no issues. Fast, expedient, and saves me a ton of time. Friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile. Dutch Boy New Braunfels gets it done- right!
