Job well done. Followed the instructions on the ticket as per the request of what I wanted. I brought in two silk shirts that i wanted dry cleaned and steamed the wrinkles out with no creases. The cleaners i used before (Jack Brown) was unable to follow customers request. Will definitely be using them again.

My wool winter coat got packed for my move to NB with the dog blankets. I was sure the dog hair and smell was embedded for good but it came back clean and smelling new. I'm a fan and a permanent customer. Thank you!

The service and quality was great in the beginning but over time the ladies at the storefront became more mad / irritated. Arrived many times to drop off or pick up and there was a sign on the door saying “on break be back in 15min” or “in restroom please wait”. I quit using this company for laundry / dry cleaning services when they lost 3 pairs of pants of mine. First experience and NOT good on price, execution of order request, and order completion date. Basic order of dress shirts and one couch throw with no stains or special request...basic laundry and dry cleaning. Bill was 120% over item-by-item quote at drop-off counter. Laundered shirts not packaged as promised. Drop-off was mid-week, but order not ready until following Monday. No texts on completion status as promised.
