The customer service is great. However, I was less than impressed that my once worn (new as in February 2016) wedding dress came back after being cleaned with beads missing. I'm not just talking about a few. I'm talking about rows. The woman that repairs the dress did a great job, however! BUT, I should have gotten some type of discount for the cleaning part. $147.00 is steep for "cleaning it" but ruining parts of the dress and fixing it again.
Dublin Cleaners turned my very nice, white fabric belt, that was essential to my white dress, PINK. You go to the the cleaners to clean your clothes, not ruin them even more. I was fortunately able to have the belt sent back, with another week or so longer and the fabric belt mostly returned back to its white state.
My initial experience was not what I expected. I gladly paid extra for same day processing and to get my jacket back and still having the same stain was disappointing. Finally after 2 trips there over 4 days with the weekend Igot my jacket cleaned. However I lost the use of my jacket over the wedkend because you were unable to clean it correctly the first time.
i took a dress in to get altered. I got it back and nothing was done to it. I called and left a message about it and they never returned my call. I went back in to take it. They said they would actually do it this time. It took over two weeks for them to get it back to me after the second try. The worst part is that I requested to talk to a manager due to my wait and a manager still hasn't called. Poor customer service.
Customer service experience was good, but it's expensive!
For the first time my blazer was not pressed well and I had to give it back for another try.
Not very good. Shirt wasn't wearable and I paid additional to have it expedited. Left for NYC without it. Frustrating. Unfortunately, you lost me as a customer.
