Prices are exorbitant- will NEVER go back $3.80 for a laundered shirt? Pulling out my ironing board!
Picked up my merchandise and told I had a zero balance. Checked further into the matter and I still have a credit. Would appreciate refund to be sent to me.
I dropped my curtains off on a Thursday, clerk said they’d be back the following Wednesday. Showed up on Thursday curtains were lost. Called me Saturday to say they missed the pick up and would not be done until the following Thursday. 2 weeks. Still charged me full price. First time I ever used Dublin Cleaners!

I called Thursday to ask about getting my suit cleaned in a rush. I was told to bring it in before 9 Friday and I would have it by Saturday morning. So I dropped it off at 8:30. I received a call around 11 am saying they would not be able to get my suit done on time. I had no problem with that necessarily other than being told it would be done and it wasn’t. But I did not hear one “I am sorry I thought we would get it done” or just an I’m sorry of any sort. Was basically told to come pick up my suit before they closed.

Looking at the data you are 100% right and we blew it on our promise. I've removed all the charges so the order will be free to pick-up and opened an issue with customer service management to try and figure out why such a simple and routine request failed. The 20% discount coupon I received and had cashier scan upon dropping off my clothes was not accepted, even though the cashier stated it had. I had to have the manager deduct the 20% when picking up the clothes.
The coat has stains all over and the price was not what was quoted
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: WAS TOLD THEY LOST MY ROSA CLARA WEDDING DRESS. I trusted Dublin Cleaners to dry clean my RosaClara Wedding dress. When I initially stopped in to pick up my dress, the front desk associate was smoking outside by their front door. As I walked inside, she put out her cigarette and entered promptly behind me. alterations order was not ready when promised, no phone call or email to notify. also alteration was not done as requested, but there was no time left for me to redo it or to replace the garment.
Desk attendant held me up for 10 minutes while trying to figure out who would receive credit for my opting into the pickup program. I was there to pickup an order, so it was as simple as seeing who checked me out the time before. The individual from the time before was better about valuing my time.
