As a first-time bride, I was a little nervous about having my wedding dress dry cleaned, but the worker named Brandy made the entire experience so easy and reassuring. She took the time to explain the dry cleaning process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my visit. Convenient, clean, and welcoming environment - I’m a bit of a clean freak and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. Brandi helped me both times I was in the store, and she was excellent. She even helped me carry my clothes to my car upon pickup (I’m currently on a knee scooter for a stress fracture). Our clothing turned out great and was handled with care. Excited that we finally found a quality, convenient dry cleaning spot! (Short North location)
Dublin Cleaners has some of the best customer service I've ever received from any company. The store front is spotless, the work is quality & fairly priced, and they always keep a little supply of snacks for little ones & pets who get trapped on trips for errands. The water bowl on High St. is another sign of their friendliness, as are the recommendations they make to neighboring businesses. We're lucky to have them in the neighborhood!
Extremely friendly:) I just picked up my suit. I have not worn it yet bc it has to be altered. But from what I seen after they got done with it. It looks like the day I got it off the rack. more than 20yrs ago. I have no complaints. Would and will recommend to others interested in a dry cleaner with outstanding service. Quick and friendly service. Conveniently located to the Hilton downtown where we were staying for a wedding and needed my husband’s shirt pressed. Done to perfection and we were able to pick up the next day. Bonus that the price was reasonable too!
