I got multiple weighted blankets and some coats dry cleaned. There was quick turn around and I was very happy with what I recieved back. On top of quality work the service is great. I am always greeted with a smile and I've only been twice but they remembered my name and my items as soon as I walked in! With the heavy weighted blanket they went above and beyond to help me to my car. Overall great dry cleaning service and above and beyond costumer service!
Convenient, clean, and welcoming environment - I’m a bit of a clean freak and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. Brandi helped me both times I was in the store, and she was excellent. She even helped me carry my clothes to my car upon pickup (I’m currently on a knee scooter for a stress fracture). Our clothing turned out great and was handled with care. Excited that we finally found a quality, convenient dry cleaning spot! (Short North location)
My first time using their services, at their location on High Street. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a vintage wool blanket professionally cleaned, Nice work nice price, done quickly.
Went to get some pants hemmed and the experience and process was great. Have been looking to get alterations done for some time but most other locations are too far and pain to get to, but this locations was perfect. Also the staff was very welcoming and made the process a breeze.
So happy to have this new dry cleaner in the Short North! Brandy was welcoming and attentive, and she made the whole process easy. Both my clothes and duvet came back looking crisp and refreshed. It feels great having a trusted spot in the neighborhood again, I’ll definitely be a regular.
