A complete waste of money. I stopped by while visiting my parents for Thanksgiving. I needed a cashmere sweater cleaned for the holiday and thought I would get my trench coat cleaned as well while I was at it. They were super accommodating at getting my stuff clean in one business day before they closed for Thanksgiving, but it ended up being a complete waste of money. Shattered almost all the buttons on my suit jacket and told me they would replace them. Over 8 months later and they still dodge calls and haven’t resolved them. Keep saying they’ll get the owner to call me back. I have them more than enough time to rectify the mistake…don’t waste any of yours on this place
I've never dry cleaned anything before, but I thrifted a long coat that was dry clean only. Nothing was wrong with it, and it didn't look dirty, but I wanted to wash it before wearing it. First time customers get 25% off which was nice, so it was $15. But they somehow managed to make it dirtier. There are a bunch of tiny hairs and crunchy spots on my coat that weren't there before. And now it's one day before the event I wanted to wear it to and there's no time to take it somewhere else. 0/10, won't try dry cleaning again.
I took my wedding dress and I asked to be put in a box and to be washed, I kept in the box and I decided to open look the situation of my dress! THEY NEVER CLEANED, and was 140$ for cleaning and the box to conserve. It is absolutely unacceptable!
I've been using them for dry cleaning for about 6 years now. I can't comment on the value as I've never felt the need to shop around because the prices seem reasonable and the service has been excellent. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. There have been a few times when I've needed my clothes quicker than the standard time but not quite expedited and they've always been able to meet my needs. Highly recommended!
