A complete waste of money. I stopped by while visiting my parents for Thanksgiving. I needed a cashmere sweater cleaned for the holiday and thought I would get my trench coat cleaned as well while I was at it. They were super accommodating at getting my stuff clean in one business day before they closed for Thanksgiving, but it ended up being a complete waste of money. I love these guys! Been going to them for 4yrs & They do a wonderful job - they even remember me every time I come in which is just a nice little bonus
Shattered almost all the buttons on my suit jacket and told me they would replace them. Over 8 months later and they still dodge calls and haven’t resolved them. Keep saying they’ll get the owner to call me back. I have them more than enough time to rectify the mistake…don’t waste any of yours on this place
