Over the last several years I have brought in various problematic stains and cleaning challenges. Arthur and his staff have been extremally friendly and helpful in finding solutions to the problem. I think they are one of the best cleaners I've ever used in the Westminster area. I would not hesitate in recommending them to my family or friends. Thank you Arthur !!!
I used this business for the first time on my dads 1960s Marine Dress Blues. The were recommended by a recruiter I was having it fixed up as a gift. They did a better job that I could even imagine. My dad commented how nice it looked clean. Super reasonable prices, he gave me 20% off for a first time user. Not only did the do a terrific job, but they were super friendly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS HERE! I dropped a comforter off on April 14 and they never called- I checked in on May 15, and it still wasn't done. Weeks more go by and they never called, so I went back in on June 7, and it happened to be done, 7 WEEKS after I dropped it off, and they never did call me. And they charged me full price. Their supposed "3-5 day turnaround" is printed in several signs in the business.
I've been using them for dry cleaning for about 6 years now. I can't comment on the value as I've never felt the need to shop around because the prices seem reasonable and the service has been excellent. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. There have been a few times when I've needed my clothes quicker than the standard time but not quite expedited and they've always been able to meet my needs. Highly recommended!
Fantastic dry cleaner. Have had everything washed here from dress clothes to winter coats to comforters and quilts. Always speedy, always friendly and even understanding when I forget something for several weeks. Highly recommend!
