I really loved this place and gave over $500 to them in just a year and half of business. Unfortunately they damaged a skirt and would not help me find a remedy. They offered me $10 credit which felt like I am not valued here. I love to support local business so this was really disappointing. It was a brand new skirt I brought in and never got the chance to wear it. I rarely leave reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I paid $35 to have my coat cleaned, and they didn’t clean it at all. Before dropping it off, I took pictures so I could actually compare and sure enough, when I got it back, the same food stains were still there. Not even slightly improved. I brought in 3 new pairs or work utility pants for a basic hem, no cuff, no taper. I put on the pants at the facility so the lady could take her measurements to ensure a proper fit. She cuffed the pants to where she felt the hem should be made. I told her I would like them to be longer for work or styling purposes and even cuffed the other pant leg to where I want the length to be.
