Used to be the best, but something in their launder process changed recently. Dress shirts are no longer washed thoroughly and you can see it on the neckline of my white shirts. I even asked that they be redone and they still came back dirty. But I threw them in the wash at home and they came out clean and bright white. Included pictures show the dirt on the necks of two shirts AFTER they redid them. Time to find a new place.
I get great service from this cleaner. They are timely and inform me when my clothes are ready for pickup. They do hat I ask them to do and I have never had any issues with my clothes or the service. I recommend them as a top notch cleaner.
I never do reviews but I felt a duty to post this to warn others. I have been a customer for several years, however I have noticed a steady decline since the new ownership. I took a wool sweater to be cleaned and they completely ruined it. It shrunk to a toddlers size from a women's size medium. The manager/owner said she could stretch it back out and to let her try to fix it. She made it worse and it shrunk even smaller. She was very rude. I recently discovered this Dry Cleaner in Collierville and used for a few garments and a bed comforter. I'm very happy so far and the costs are particularly reasonable!
We are very happy with their services. Since we moved to Memphis 4 yrs ago, they’ve been our go to cleaners. Very reasonably priced, timely delivery and great customer service, they are the best.
