My clothes were immaculate. Pressed to perfection! They exceeded my expectations!! Received two suits & shirt earlier than expected. Excellent customer service. I definitely will return & tell other’s about my experience. Staff was very cordial and professional. Kudos!
Not worth the time or money... My most recent order was two days late for pick-up, and two shirts were lost. The manger on duty, Ms. Yesenia, was not only obstinate but wholly unhelpful. I was refused a reimbursement and simply told, "Thank you- Have a nice day".
I did not have a good experience. Please do not bring comforters or ANY household items here. Please check on the back of your receipt where I was told it "states they are not responsible for any of these items if something goes wrong" ( which I did not read). This is their policy and stand by it firmly...........My comforter size went from 112 X 98 to 100 X 88. I paid $170 for the comforter and $35 to get it dry cleaned. Dry Clean Super Center equipment mangled my dress shirt. They adamantly refused to take responsibility. That's very disappointing! I had to involve our Family Attorney to get an appropriate restitution! Told them their ugly, insulting attitude has 'defacto' ended our business relationship. This business appears to be nice but turn very rude and nasty when they make an error destroying your fabric! On another occasion they overcharged me with impunity!
This place is a joke. It takes them far too long to do dry cleaning in the first place and then when they tell you it’s going to be ready at a certain time or after, it’s not. Twice now they have not had my dry cleaning ready on the day they claimed it would be. Not just the time, but the day. I won’t be going there again, and I would not recommend anyone taking their dry cleaning to this place.
