The ladies at Dimples Deluxe are SO nice! The garments came back fast and there were no issues. This is my new “go to” cleaners. The prices are a little high but it’s better than having the clothes come back with damage or problems. Also, there was no problem with parking even though it’s on S Howard.
Worst customer service. The ladies at the counter always have a poor attitude and seem annoyed when you walk in the business. Have been going here for years because of the convenience but just not worth it anymore.
Very pleased with the Service. Pleasant staff and if you are unsatisfied with anything, they make a worthy effort to fix it. Much appreciated.
Been going here through a couple of name changes (for decades). Continues to be a convenient, friendly, efficient laundry/cleaners. Recommended.
