Love the Dimples crew!! Every time I come in, they greet me by name and with a smile. I feel like the king of England because they treat me like royalty. Amazing customer service and great prices. Nobody is laying their hands on my dry cleaning besides the fine folks at Dimples. The only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because Google won’t let me give them 6. Keep up the great work, Dimples!
Terrible customer service, rude staff - pick another place to go. Dropped off a suit and a dress shirt for a family member to be buried in, was very specific how important this was. During pickup they lost the pocket square scarf and said it was our fault because we didn't tell them we wanted it cleaned. We brought clothes to a dry cleaner, do we really need to say we need it cleaned? That's the whole reason we are in your business. I brought my gown in for cleaning, it had a couple of coffee stains. It doesn’t look like they did anything to clean it. It’s the same as before and I was charged $27 Beyond disappointed! After this review posted, I did hear from them where they refunded my $ and offered to try and clean the gown again. Not sure if I’ll be returning there though
The ladies working here are always so pleasant and greet me with a smile. They know me by name and are always happy to help. I they do a great service and my Dry Cleaning is always done on time. Definitely recommend!
Great service, responsive and they do a great job cleaning my shirts, suits and pants. I have to dress up regularly for work and would definitely recommend dimples for their service
