This location has been servicing several welling garments for us in the past month. Picked up the last bridesmaid dress yesterday and it looked great! The staff are very professional and welcoming. It amazes me to hear them call so many of us by name! Facility is very clean and conveniently located. Recommend highly.
While my clothes look great; the woman working here was so rude. Didn’t greet me at all & barely said a word to me… I try to be pleasant to everyone because you never know what others are going through. This experience disappointed me and not sure I’ll be back because of the lack of customer service
Love the Dimples crew!! Every time I come in, they greet me by name and with a smile. I feel like the king of England because they treat me like royalty. Amazing customer service and great prices. Nobody is laying their hands on my dry cleaning besides the fine folks at Dimples. The only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because Google won’t let me give them 6. Keep up the great work, Dimples!
I’ve been a customer at Dimples for so many years that even when I move out of the neighborhood, I STILL go back there! They are the BEST!! Always so friendly they make me feel welcome and appreciated. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Been coming here for 3 years. The staff is super friendly, my clothes are always returned clean and stainless, and the prices are very reasonable.
