Dimple’s Cleaners on MacDill provides excellent service! Their staff is friendly and professional and your garments are always returned when promised, which is quicker than the average cleaners.
Took the slip out of a new Veronica beard dress and lost it. This was back in August and I’m still waiting in November for a tailor to make another slip work. Cleaner Has not returned calls or done anything to replace the dress. The men’s store that outsourced the dry cleaning bought a new slip that’s cotton cheap to make due and be able to wear the dress but my Veronica beard dress is ruined and this cleaner has taken no responsibility
Great service. I left a red cashmere sweater with a stain. It came back gone. You can’t leave a cashmere product with just any dry cleaners . I’m very happy with the service
I have been using Dimples for about 17 years. When I had a stain in a suit the clothing store recommended them and said they will get it out. They did. I call them the “Fabric Whisperers”. The service has always been excellent. I moved from the area but still use them for all my dry cleaning.
Hands down the best dry cleaners around. Staff is always friendly and have a quick turnaround for dry cleaning clothes.
