Needed a small repair on an expensive shearling coat. Also needed a button. Paid to have 3 new buttons put on so they would all match. Jamie (I think) was excellent! He confirmed everything with the seamstress and told me it would be one week. He wrote the slip clearly stating 3 new buttons. Imagine my shock when I got the coat home and discovered only 1 new button! While it was ultimately made right; it did take another trip to the place and another pickup. Great work with clean and press, however the prices seemed little high.
Dependable is the right name for your company. My brother-in-law passed this week and my wife needed two coats cleaned by Thursday morning, having been brought into you on Wednesday morning. Jamie promised that they would be ready by 10:30 Thursday morning; we received an e-mail Wednesday afternoon that they were ready at 5:00. Thank you Dependable Cleaners.

I brought my daughters 23 yr old wedding dress to be cleaned & preserved as my eldest granddaughter wanted to keep it but had no place for it & it wound up in my garage - no place for any textiles! Dependable has 3 inspections to determine what should be done. Although it was recommended that the dress be restored, which was out of my budget range, they did clean it, as well as my daughter's headpiece & mine & packed it in a presentation box.
