I'm almost 80yo and have a difficult time walking or carrying things the attendant apparently noticed this and asked me if I would like him to put the dry cleaning in my car of course I agreed he also informed me that Dependable now delivers to my town Hanson, I will be taking advantage of the service in the future.

I received emails telling me my coat was ready for pick up when I arrived I was told it wasn’t there and that no emails were sent I got my phone and located the emails and showed the person and she said it still was at the plant and couldn’t explain why I got emails. We had been hesitant to do the free pick up and delivery, thinking nothing is free. The rate was the exact same as taking it ourselves. Aside from that the driver left a hook to hang the clean clothes on, which we had not thought of. He could have just hung them on the door knob which would not have been great, as that could have caused scratches in the paint.
I dropped off 8 shirts and they only had 6.. they looked into it and said I only dropped 7 but my drop off receipt said 8?! Thought I was confused or lying ( not sure) it’s been a day and still have not heard from them!
Unexpectedly extremely expensive, and some spots were clearly not treated.
Complete screw up on billing and way overcharged. lol yes king for a new dry cleaner
I always come in to get my uniforms military press and my pants done as well. I left with my White shirt completely NOT military pressed and all of my creases are gone. They “forgot” to put the military press tag on my shirt and it ruined it.
It was excellent!
