Over the past 6 months, I asked twice for the return a fur coat in storage and was told that there was none. A month ago, which I picked up other items, the fur coat appeared. I was distressed that it disappeared, and I questioned whether I might have lost it. I am very glad to have it back, and I would appreciate your thanking the employee who found it.
I had a great drop off experience and consult about a stained jacket I wanted to drop off. I was told to return 3 days later to pick up the jacket (along with my other pieces). I returned a week later and was told the jacket was still not ready. The associate at the desk told me she would call the next day to let me know when I can pick up my jacket. I am still waiting for a call.
I have not picked my clothes up yet. I was a bit surprised at the total amount I spent and no one would drop them off at my home. I spent over 350.00.
The office is convenient for us. I appreciate the notice attached to the item indicating when an item cannot be completely cleaned. Over the years we have had few difficulties.
Funny You should ask. My last two weeks of service have left me looking for a new dry cleaner. Your team literally made me come back 3 times for pants that were ordered without a crease but came back creased even after being sent back to be redone. It does not say a lot. We are long time Dependable customers and would never go elsewhere. Monica is the best!
Dep[endable Cleaners successfully removed stain from my sweater at a reasonable price, however, they charged $30 for a minor sewing job!
Process has gotten better. I have had problems with white shirts coming out yellow in the collars, cuffs + in the front. This has not happened as much recently.
