My jacket was not cleaned even for small spots. It seemed like the dry cleaning work was not done properly. I pointed to the assistance manager and she agreed. I will not return to this location again.

Advertising only, no information concerning my garments.
I was specific with my concerns of the cardboard and hard corse paper causing me to only have to iron clothes after having them dry cleaned. Horrible!!!!
There was a stain on my grey coat that not there at dope off and was not removed. This happened before. Found a bleached mark on the pants of my suit. Gave you another chance. After the recent incident, I will not be using your service anymore.
Terrible . Assured that the shirt button would be replaced with the original that I provided at drop off . As per usual, it was not . This is certainly not the first time Dependable has been not dependable. You have lost all my business.
Premium fee for terrible service . Promise one thing and deliver the bare minimum.
