Customer service is awesome. Same day service is awesome. Ease of entry and exit, quickly and with parking is awesome. However, I have been upset by the frequent damage to buttons on my shirts. This happens quite frequently...buttons seem to be mashed flat or ripped off somewhere in the processing. It would be great if the problem could be solved. I like much about Dependable but this issue has made me consider other options. Thanks.

The service is always great. Really nice and helpful folks at the counters. I do wish you would just apply the coupons as discounts. I have been going to the East Milton branch for over 30 years ... and I never have those dang coupons with me!
