I mostly love Crazy Cleanerz. I use them exclusively. My one issue is that I request that safety pins not be used in my clothes as they poke large holes in them. I even get clothing back, with safety pins, and the message that was placed on the garment that says "do not use safety pins". I don't understand if the people doing the dry cleaning aren't paying attention, or if there is a communication barrier. As I said, this is my only issue. The staff are always friendly and courteous.

I am very disappointed. I had Crazy Cleanerz clean an item a month ago. I never noticed until the day I decided to wear it. When I wore it I noticed one of my sleeves had been cut with a zigzag scissors. I brought it to their attention. I was told there nothing they can do about it. This Cleaners is on Union Midtown in Memphis. They claiming that I cut it. I'm a Woman of God. I spend a lot of money on my clothes. There's no way I would have bought an item that were defected.
