Attending a funeral in this area and dropped off for one-hour martinizing, as the are NAMED! At pickup I noticed the shirt on the front was pressed but not buttoned to the hanger. The back shirt was slightly pressed. When I got back to hotel and took the plastic off, the middle shirts hadn't been touched. The shirts on the outside (visible) were only pressed on one side and none were buttoned. VERY expensive to pay for this service, but VERY poor work. This cleaners is absolutely AMAZING! 🤩 Both the service and customer service are top-notch – truly first class! 🌟 Yes, it's a bit pricey, but trust me, you get what you pay for! I've taken all sorts of delicate and expensive items there (snow gear, sweaters, you name it!), and everything comes back looking pristine. ✨ And if something isn't quite perfect, they'll happily fix it with a smile and a genuine desire to make things right. 😊 So glad we found this gem! Keep up the fantastic work! 👍

Service has always been great over the 30+years I've used them , but alteration price have sure jumped. $46 for adjusting two pair of trousers . Just needed the leg length taken up an inch or so.

I’m the kind of person who loves to leave a business a great review but we were really disappointed in the service we received from Martinizing. When we started looking for a suit for my fiance to wear at our wedding, we went here first and I fully regret not looking at other businesses before making that choice. We were told it would be 2 weeks to receive the suit he ordered and it ended up being close to 2 months before it was in our possession.
