Had a horrible first-time experience with this business. They shrunk an expensive Croscill comforter so badly it no longer fits our King bed. We brought it back to let them see the shrinkage. They blamed it on the manufacturer. We filled out paperwork and requested at least a refund for what they charged us to clean it. No response. We are so disappointed. This is not the way to treat customers.
Excellent experience from drop off to pick up! It was a very quick and easy process both times and they did a fantastic job with my wedding dress and another dress I dropped off. Overall a quick turn around as well!
This is a great place. After being charged $45.00 for 4 blouses to be laundered, I found Continental Cleaners and discovered a service that I could afford, and that service is excellent.
First experience with Continental Cleaners. They did a great job on my dress ( for a wedding). They met & exceeded my expectations. Had it ready in 24 hours. I am very pleased & they won my business. Thank you, great customer service as well as quality cleaning.
Although I am generally only need laundry/dry cleaning on a quarterly basis, pickup and delivery occurs as if I am a regular weekly customer. Everything I've ever needed cleaned has turned out great. If I needed a button replaced it happened automatically ... in fact once a button had torn off and when the shirt was cleaned it was returned with a replaced button without anyone saying a thing. I think this is a great outfit and service!!!
