I had absolutely horrible experience with Comet Cleaners at 1800 Independence Pkwy McKinney location. I brought a suit jacket for alteration. It was simply sewing back protective inner layer back on to the jacket. I specifically told them no dry cleaning. A week later, I was told that it was completed and I picked it up. When I came back home, I realized that it was not sewed back together all the way and I was charged for dry cleaning. I went back to the store and explained the situation. Mrs. Debbie is such a delight woman. She puts the spunk in spunky. She is always welcoming, smiling, and engaging with the customers. She is such a great hire.
the gals that work here are always super friendly, and the "turnaround" is always within a day or so, and their prices are very reasonable compared to other locations around Frisco/McKinney.. they also offer the convenience of a "bag" that makes for a quick and easy dropoff
Love the same day & drive through service. Staff is incredible too. Clothes are always clean and well taken care of at Comet. I never have issues with lost clothes, broken buttons or stains. I highly recommend Comet Cleaners
Awesome place! Same day cleaning was a lifesaver for a last minute event I had. The two young men working were extremely polite. Not to mention they did an amazing job removing tough stains from my wife’s dress and my suit looked as when I first purchased it. I give 5+ stars! I definitely recommend.
