We tried this location for the first time today and have been so pleased with the customer service. I dropped off our items and then realized we would need our clothing back much sooner than anticipated. I spoke with Madison this afternoon, and she coordinated with her Manager as well as another location, to have our items shifted, so my Husband could pick up his suit tomorrow afternoon before his event. Super unique with it being open 24/7 and fully automated! Really easy to use and good pricing. Only wish they would text a reminder because I realized I had dropped off a jacket weeks ago before remembering, ha!

Love the new-to-us automated system at the Fair Oaks location! Super friendly attendants there during routine hours, too! Great attention getting our sunglasses case back to us. What a nice surprise!

Bought a garment on Amazon washed and dried it twice to removed the wrinkles and failed, took it to Comet they had to press it twice but they got the wrinkles out. I love the idea of the modern 24/7 operation along with the personal attention they offer. For sure I’ll be back
