Customer service can improve. Picked up my dry cleaning Saturday and the employee (black gentleman) seemed distributed or bothered by my presence. His facial expression was unprofessional.
My dry cleaned shirts appeared to be unpressed., and had not been bagged for reasons unknown. Everything else appeared to be fine. This is the first time I have had this problem.

First time customer. I was charged $13 fir a two piece plain suit. They didn’t inform me of price. I picked my suit three days later and couldn’t believe the charge. I paid $7 For the past ten years when living In Houston, recently moved to San Antonuo. They offered no specials or promotions.

I bought 2 shirts in for med starch. Y’all Ended up dry cleaning one of my shirts. Didn’t ask for that it is just a 100%. Cotton western shirt. Won’t be bring that back. It supposed to be starched or it too wrinkled.
