The draperies you were supposed to clean were ruined. The lining hung down 3 or more inches below the drapes because they were washed instead of dry cleaned. They were wrinkled...not pressed. One drape must have been cleaned since it looked decent except for soiled places that were not there when we left them to be cleaned. Several of the panels had splotches on them that were not there before. In addition to having to pay for this disgraceful mess, we now have to buy new drapes. I was able to speak with the manager at the location you dropped them off, and she said that there was a conversation up front about the risk of washing the curtains up front due to the necessity of pet urine removal. Culebra Branch Manager Linda epitomizes customer service.
My skirt now has a small snag tear that was noticed immediately. The very nice clerk stated she would speak with management about restitution but I've yet to hear from anyone. In addition, I also noticed after getting home that the coffee stain on the skirt was not removed from all places stain. The skirt was pressed without the natural 'pleats ' intended. So very dissatisfied and surprised since I have used this store previously.
I think for just ironing the expense is pretty expensive
The item in question was obviously washed, it should have been dry cleaned, it was returned full of wrinkles and unusable. Now whether this is your fault, I don't know, maybe we should have insisted it be dry cleaned, but we were under the assumption that dry cleaning would have been automatic for the price we paid.
The procing is not reasonable. We took four garments and paid almost $40. While they did mention they cannot remove all stains, the stain remained exactly the same. Will try another cleaner next time.
