rude , unprofessional customer service . had my wife's blouse returned to me with a hole in it that was not there when it was dropped off and of course they said it was not caused by them .. I will never return to comet cleaners... good dependable cleaners is hard to find now days ..

I was given an invoice for 17 items. I was informed that I would get a 2 for 1 deal on shirts because of the current special that was running. After a few days, I get an email that states the intake person made a mistake and I only have 11 items to be cleaned. I had told the lady I alreayd washed the clothes I just need them pressed. She insisted that having them re-cleaned and pressed was cheaper than just pressing them alone. I trusted that it would be cheaper. You advertise 30% off , then when you go to pay, only 20% is received and the clerk arguing with my spouse over the actual price ($21.00)

I am a long time customer of Comet and have always been pleased, however, recently I have had to return items such as wrinkled shirts in various ways, some minor and some worse. Also recently a shirt was input with an identified stain prior to cleaning and was returned with a tag saying "Best we could do" but was unacceptable. The shirt was not accepted and asked to redo. My clothes are never pressed well The great Majority of the time I have to make two trips because of the poor quality of work. Customer service is good but the quality of work is poor

Originally I dropped off a sports coat and a pair of pants and two hours later my wife dropped off two shirts. Well yesterday i went to pick up the dry cleaning and noticed the shirts missing. The employee Corey advised me that’s all I had. I showed him both receipts and the two hour difference. My wife’s receipt was a duplicate of mine with the number of items crossed out and a number 4 written next to it. When pulling out a pair of my pants for the next day. I noticed that the manner I. Which the pants were pressed was incorrect. I had to get my iron out and remove all the mistakes myself. This was the first time using your services. I had my pants dry cleaned in preparation for a big job interview and wanted to look my best. Very disappointed with my first experience using your services.
