While the clothing may be dry cleaned properly, the cost was excessive. I chose this dry cleaner bc of the excellent reviews. However, charging $12 to dry clean a dress is excessive. What makes this worse is that I specifically asked the cost bf leaving my items and was told that couldn't be done until she looked at the items. I was a bit uneasy about that reply bc I felt a business should know their costs, but I let it go bc of the good reviews and I didn't see anything indicating cost was an issue. The comforter is heavy cotton and when cotton in washed and dried it shrinks and becomes extremely wrinkled. I spent time stretching and steam ironing it so it wouldn't look so bad. Why wasn't it dry cleaned like it has been done in the past at other cleaners. have
Service was great, very friendly and professional. My clothes came out great, perfect really. But WAY WAY WAY too expensive!!!!!! 12 items - $77.00????? I'll find somewhere else to go!
I was really happy with the customer service and overall order experience. The only thing that could be added to the future time of order is the mention of difference starch options. I ordered starch but didn’t know I would need to ask for heavy starch to get that affect. Thanks again

We make it a priority to insure that our prices are competitive, and are always willing to get a quote for alterations before completing the work. . Most denim patches will range from $5- $10 dollars due to the work involved and need to make a profit, but we will be more than happy to put a $10 credit on your Comet account for the misunderstanding.
Very nice customer service! I won't come back because I can't afford to pay $58 for 7 items. I will find another more affordable dry cleaner for my garments.

Everything is fine concerning the quality of cleaning. I would like to know the different pricing for jeans that are dry cleaned and women's tops that are dry cleaned. Jeans are always cheaper. What is the cost for these tops?

Thank you for your review. Good question. Dry clean Jeans and tops are both $5. 37. We do have an automatic in store special though, where every third pair of pants is free. This may make it seem like dry clean pants are cheaper than tops. We also offer coupons that can discount all dry clean garments on Facebook, the back of Heb receipts, and at www.cometsatx.com.
Everything is fine on product quality. I just have a question on pricing. Are jean pants dry cleaned and pressed the same price as shirts. It seems like I pay consistently more for my wife's tops that are dry cleaned.
