I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at Comet Cleaners. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the level of professionalism or quality I expected. To begin with, the customer service was below standard. My concerns were not acknowledged in a timely or courteous manner, and I felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a customer. The employees are very kind and professional. Great prices for cleaning services. They even text you when your clothes are ready. 5 Star cleaners.
Overall great but a bit overpriced. Great customer service front desk, phenomenal hospitality
I really like the way they do my husband’s pants and shirts crisp and always on time I love the staff working in the store always with a great smile .
