I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at Comet Cleaners. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the level of professionalism or quality I expected. To begin with, the customer service was below standard. My concerns were not acknowledged in a timely or courteous manner, and I felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a customer. The employees are very kind and professional. Great prices for cleaning services. They even text you when your clothes are ready. 5 Star cleaners.
Definitely an incredible dry cleaners!! Several expensive brand new shirts for my daughter’s wedding got some makeup on them. There’s no sign of any of it on any of them now!! Thanks to the great work at Comet Cleaners!!!! Thanks Comet!!
Been using Comet Dry Cleaners for over 20yrs. I moved from the Grand Prairie/ Arlington area 6yrs ago to Midlothian, and tried to use the local cleaners, but the quality work, attention to detail and overall customer service was lacking, I started going back Comet and will continue to make that drive for the best service!
Great staff with great work. Very pleased with the jeans and shirts I get done here. Been coming here for 20 years and will not go anywhere else!
