I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at Comet Cleaners. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the level of professionalism or quality I expected. To begin with, the customer service was below standard. My concerns were not acknowledged in a timely or courteous manner, and I felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a customer. Their accuracy is amazing. You get exactly what you asked for the price is definitely affordable and a turnover rate is so fast. They always beat the time they give.
Terrible experience. If I could leave 0 stars I would. When dropping off several suits to be cleaned, my items were not taken off of their hanger, and my hangers were not given to me. I had just purchased new, nice suit hangers with a spot for both a jacket and pants. Upon picking up my items, I inquired about my hangers and was told that the cleaning crew probably threw them away.
