I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I brought a WHITE shirt in for cleaning and it was returned **light pink/yellowish**. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice right away and reached out about a month after pickup. Once again you all put a crease in my jeans after me repeatedly asked you all not to put a crease in my jeans. I called and spoke to someone about the issue and nothing has been resolved. The tag on my jeans clearly says NO CREASE. I need this issue corrected. I asked for Manger or owner number and the lady tells me, oh he won't answer your call. Well Isaac or Isaiah i need this issue corrected.
After relocating to this area, I required a cleaning facility that could provide reliable care for my clothing. While passing by, I discovered Comet Cleaners and decided to try their services. To my surprise, they delivered exactly what I needed. The location is always tidy, and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. I am thoroughly satisfied with Comet Cleaners and their services. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional work.
Rude unprofessional staff. First attempt to pick up order it was incomplete and required a second pickup. Total price for 5 table clothes washed $225 dollars! Ridiculous prices. Won't be back.
