I dropped off a weighted blanket. Was a first time customer. Was told when I dropped it off I would get a 25% off coupon for being a first time customer and because I came on a Thursday. When I picked up my item they didn’t honor the coupon per doesn’t apply to household items. Not my first time but definitely gonna be the last time. Dropped off one shirt on Saturday 03/08/2025 for press only and received a msg on Monday 03/10 it’s ready for pickup, went on Wednesday and they couldn’t find it and told me they will call me next day to come pick it up!! No one called I called on Monday no answer and left a voice message, 4 trips for one shirt and when I went there after 10 days and 4 trips they wanna charge me $8.57 for press only ( see attached receipt ) the two old ladies in the store are so rude ... read more
I would give 4 stars for dry cleaning service, clothes came back in good condition, however it did take longer than expected each time. Inconsistent notification. This establishment is incapable of dying clothing, so two stars to be generous. They did a poor job dying a set I gave them twice (first time was poor coverage, second time was the completely wrong color). It took two months for me to get it back before they gave up.
