Had to find a new dry cleaners. Went here for the first time. Really liked their customer service. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars only because they said I would receive a text as soon as my clothes were ready. I never received a text. I went up there to retrieve my clothes & they were available & ready to go. So far this will be my new place.
Hello, I was an eager first time customer today. 07-19-24. When the clerk quoted me a price for $18 regular price and $15 with a 25% off special (Tuesday & Thursday) for a sheer dress cover-up. (A sheer overlay for a dress.) I asked to make sure was that the price for one piece, she said “yes, would you like to try to see somewhere else?” And I said, yes. Totally disappointed, don't wear your expensive brand name clothes, I wore a new shirt, they ruined it and didn't respond to me by paying what it cost me in the store since it was a new garment that I had bought for my birthday, the first wash I gave it at this professional cleaner 😔 really very sad, they have an absurd policy that they can only give you 10 times what you pay. and who is going to replace what I spent on this shirt and all the unpleasant time wasted asking if they already have a solution, it's been a month s... read more
I’ve been here a couple of times and I’ve been happy with the service they’ve provided. I told Joann I needed my curtains by a certain time and it was ready before.
Prices are ridiculous for services provided. 1. Dry cleaning price charged for flannel shirt after being designated and accepted for laundry service as requested. Shirt was also returned wrinkled and did not appear to be dry cleaned. 2. Laundered shirts returned with disclaimers for improper cleaning- all were dress shirts requiring no special treatment. Ranked below services experienced with any other dry cleaner. Used because of proximity but not planning on returning.
