I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I brought a WHITE shirt in for cleaning and it was returned **light pink/yellowish**. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice right away and reached out about a month after pickup. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff told me: * it had “been too long” since I picked it up, * I “could have taken it somewhere else” in the meantime, and * the color change might be because the shirt was “old.” None of that makes sense. Once again you all put a crease in my jeans after me repeatedly asked you all not to put a crease in my jeans. I called and spoke to someone about the issue and nothing has been resolved. The tag on my jeans clearly says NO CREASE. I need this issue corrected. I asked for Manger or owner number and the lady tells me, oh he won't answer your call. Well Isaac or Isaiah i need this issue corrected.

Window says same day service. This is a lie. We dropped off dry cleaning in the evening and it was still not ready the next evening, even though they said it would be ready. We had a last minute situation that required us to get dry clean on time. I would not have dropped it off if I would of known they are over-promising. I now will be showing up at 8am and praying it's ready. So, we will.be able to get ready for our event. Truly not ok.
