These people will damage your clothing and take no responsibility. They are extremely unprofessional and lack respect. They repeatedly hung up in my face and sent combative text to my spouse regarding a dress shirt they damaged and attempted to blame my spouse for not “checking” his shirts within 2 weeks. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I brought a WHITE shirt in for cleaning and it was returned **light pink/yellowish**. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice right away and reached out about a month after pickup. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff told me: * it had “been too long” since I picked it up, * I “could have taken it somewhere else” in the meantime, and * the color change might be because the shirt was “old.” None of that makes sense. I took a Brand New $100 button down Western shirt with pearl snaps to this cleaners That I bought to attend my best friend’s Funeral.. They absolutely ruined my shirt And are telling me that if they pay me for my shirt that they ruined that they are going to keep my shirt., My property that I purchased that has sentimental value to me. Once again you all put a crease in my jeans after me repeatedly asked you all not to put a crease in my jeans. I called and spoke to someone about the issue and nothing has been resolved. The tag on my jeans clearly says NO CREASE. I need this issue corrected. I asked for Manger or owner number and the lady tells me, oh he won't answer your call. Well Isaac or Isaiah i need this issue corrected.
