I would give 4 stars for dry cleaning service, clothes came back in good condition, however it did take longer than expected each time. Inconsistent notification. This establishment is incapable of dying clothing, so two stars to be generous. They did a poor job dying a set I gave them twice (first time was poor coverage, second time was the completely wrong color). It took two months for me to get it back before they gave up. My son told me about Comet Cleaners took my pantsuit to them they did an amazing same day job. I decided let me try them on my own so I went in on 11/ 12/24 and dropped off 4 items I was greeted with friendly prompt service given details asked exactly what I wanted. My clothes were done exactly as I requested ready when promised. I love this place. 👏🏽
Price for alterations cost more than the garments Itself. Infact 4x as much. Pricing was not disclosed when items were dropped off. Items were altered at another location which caused the delay in turnaround. 10 days for a simple hem is ridiculous. before it took place. I wasn't told that the job. The 3 denim jeans were pressed and starched which I did not request nor do I not like. I was tempted to just leave my garments there. I will not be using your services again.
Had to find a new dry cleaners. Went here for the first time. Really liked their customer service. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars only because they said I would receive a text as soon as my clothes were ready. I never received a text. I went up there to retrieve my clothes & they were available & ready to go. So far this will be my new place.
