I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I brought a WHITE shirt in for cleaning and it was returned **light pink/yellowish**. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice right away and reached out about a month after pickup. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff told me: * it had “been too long” since I picked it up, * I “could have taken it somewhere else” in the meantime, and * the color change might be because the shirt was “old.” None of that makes sense. They are THIEVES! Left 4 shirts and a short dress for a dry clean and they charged me $70. How is that possible??? I’ve been using dry cleaners services in the greater Houston and Katy areas and never had to pay that much. Terrible customer services as well. Do not use this company …. This is a total RIP OFF!

Once again you all put a crease in my jeans after me repeatedly asked you all not to put a crease in my jeans. I called and spoke to someone about the issue and nothing has been resolved. The tag on my jeans clearly says NO CREASE. I need this issue corrected. I asked for Manger or owner number and the lady tells me, oh he won't answer your call. Well Isaac or Isaiah i need this issue corrected.
