The dry cleaning was good, however the method charging is a bit sketchy. The system broke down a 7 pc drop into two orders and then I was double charged taxes for a single drop off as if I had two separate drop off orders. Also I was charged an environmental fee as if I brought my car in for service, when did dry cleaners start charging for an environmental fee. Very pleasant team. I have been using them for several months now. They are a bit pricey but the best cleaners I have used. The other day I had gotten some small stains on a shirt. When it came back to the store the employee called me and said he was sending it back through because he felt the job wasn’t good enough. Now that’s professionalism.
Arrived at 7:35am to find the doors locked and the lights off. Sign on the door and hours on Google are both listed as opening at 7am on weekdays. Highly unprofessional.
Comet is now so close and convenient. They have great customer service, specials and are quick to turnaround. They always welcome you with a smile.
