Ceclia was great and really helped me out and made signing up very easy! Also, helped me when I had an item confusion with the scan tag! Well priced too!

While the front desk receptionist was nice and personable, I had brought in a shirt to be cleaned and a dinner jacket that needed to have the sleeves altered by a few inches on each side. I explained and stressed that I needed it by the following weekend due to a holiday party and I was told that it wouldn't be an issue, that it would be relayed to the manager and I should wait for a text. False advertising, poor communication, and overall bad experience. I dropped off 1 pair of pants on 1/11/24 @ 1:44p, my receipt says Quick Receive on 1/12/24 @ 6p. I specifically asked the associate if they would be ready on time and he assured they would be. Here it is Saturday morning (10:45) and my pants are not ready.
