Excellent customer service! Doña Cecilia is the best! Even though I arrived at the last minute—literally one or zero minutes before closing—she still took my order and took the time to explain their processes in detail. On top of that, we had a great conversation about history and food. I’ll definitely be returning because of her!

False advertising, poor communication, and overall bad experience. I dropped off 1 pair of pants on 1/11/24 @ 1:44p, my receipt says Quick Receive on 1/12/24 @ 6p. I specifically asked the associate if they would be ready on time and he assured they would be. Here it is Saturday morning (10:45) and my pants are not ready. One and Done! While the front desk receptionist was nice and personable, I had brought in a shirt to be cleaned and a dinner jacket that needed to have the sleeves altered by a few inches on each side. I explained and stressed that I needed it by the following weekend due to a holiday party and I was told that it wouldn't be an issue, that it would be relayed to the manager and I should wait for a text.
