Excellent customer service! Doña Cecilia is the best! Even though I arrived at the last minute—literally one or zero minutes before closing—she still took my order and took the time to explain their processes in detail. On top of that, we had a great conversation about history and food. I’ll definitely be returning because of her!

False advertising, poor communication, and overall bad experience. I dropped off 1 pair of pants on 1/11/24 @ 1:44p, my receipt says Quick Receive on 1/12/24 @ 6p. I specifically asked the associate if they would be ready on time and he assured they would be. Here it is Saturday morning (10:45) and my pants are not ready.
