I wish I would have read these reviews before I dropped off a brand new unworn dress to these people. I’d give zero stars if I could. I dropped out a brand new silk dress with tags still attached for them to clean out a water spot that was on the dress. I was told the dress would be ready in 24 hours but of course the first time I go back it’s not there yet. Big Applause for Comet Cleaners in FM 1463 in Katy. Very fast and reliable service. The Indian Lady at the clerk, always willing to help. I've ben a costumer for several years and always pleased with the details and the costumer service. You never go wrong trusting your clothing to them
I would say this place is the best cleaners I have ever tried. I trust them with all my clothes even the expensive ones i used to live next to the Kingsland location and when i moved far away I still go there. They are very professional they make your item look exactly like it’s new. I was very sad when I knew they’ll be closing this location. I Highly recommend these people & their service.
Jose was very helpful and kind. However, the price given to me at first was not the same when I picked up the items. (Was told $10 for jacket, $7 for pants) Was given a 25% discount but ended up paying around $17 plus anyway. Suit turned out great but I’ve paid way less for next day orders.
Service was great. The Service Rep was such a kind and helpful woman. She walked me through the cleaning options and costs upfront and even offered me a discount for being a first time customer. She had a great attitude and was very engaging. She let me know when to expect my clothes to be ready and what their hours were going to be during this Thanksgiving holiday. I'll definitely be back.
