I wish I would have read these reviews before I dropped off a brand new unworn dress to these people. I’d give zero stars if I could. I dropped out a brand new silk dress with tags still attached for them to clean out a water spot that was on the dress. I was told the dress would be ready in 24 hours but of course the first time I go back it’s not there yet. Service was great. The Service Rep was such a kind and helpful woman. She walked me through the cleaning options and costs upfront and even offered me a discount for being a first time customer. She had a great attitude and was very engaging. She let me know when to expect my clothes to be ready and what their hours were going to be during this Thanksgiving holiday. I'll definitely be back. Thank you

I told them that I needed a few dress shirts to be pressed only, not washed, as I had already washed them. I said anything over $5 was too much and that I can check elsewhere. I was told that to hve them pressed only was $2.50, so I agreed, and left the 5 shirts. When I returned, my ticket was over $32! After briefly discussing the original agreement & them basically telling me I was wrong, they kindly gave me a “new customer” 20% discount.I had a flight that day and was not going to get stressed, so I paid and left. Jose was very helpful and kind. However, the price given to me at first was not the same when I picked up the items. (Was told $10 for jacket, $7 for pants) Was given a 25% discount but ended up paying around $17 plus anyway. Suit turned out great but I’ve paid way less for next day orders.

I dropped off my suit 3 days before my sister’s wedding. There was a stain on the suit jacket I pointed out, the attendant told me they should be able to get it out… alas… it was/is still there. On the plus side everything else was pressed and cleaned nicely.
