On June 21st , 2024, I took a bed comforter for washing to Comet Cleaners 3030 Falcon Landing Blvd #800 in Katy, and yesterday I went to pick it up, I paid $60.32 for the service, when I got home and I checked it, it was in exactly the same condition, my dog's vomit on it was intact, today I went again to express my claim and request a refund of my money, I showed the comforter to the person in charge and she told me to leave it again so that they would wash it (again), I told her that unfortunately I would take it to anothe... read more
I have been using Comet on Falcon Landing in Katy for years and have never had a bad experience. Salma is always so helpful and friendly. She knows my car and usually has my clothes hanging at the counter before I even walk in. Great service!
They messed up my pants and jacket by pressing and creating unnecessary crease. They also very pricey and they have had several clerks every time I drop off clothes. I called them few times they didn’t pick up so I was close by went by and they were closed at 6:05 but their sign and internet says 7:00 pm. Maybe they had an emergency but time for a new place of service.
Comet cleaners bought out the previous owners and after a week you can tell a difference and it’s not good! They have a guy working there who is rude, has food trash on the table all the time, is always on his cell with adult cartoons playing on the tv. The woman who worked there before was so sweet, nice and friendly, they should’ve kept her!!!!! Customer service went downhill in just a weeks time and now I have to switch to another dry cleaners that’s farther away.
I try real hard not to leave bad reviews, but this dry cleaners is by far the worst cleaners i’ve been too. They’ve lost items, tried to overcharge the last 3 times, and now for the 2nd time was dishonest with an item i paid to rush and is still not ready almost a full day after it was said to be ready.
