I actually didn't want to leave any stars but had to to leave this review. I drop a dress of to be pressed. NO special fabric or instructions I didn't even request or require starch. Just a simple press of a little pink dress. So I was truly shocked when she told me it's $21.92 to pick up. I put item in the cleaners all the time so I really feel like I was being overcharged. They dont have to worry about my service that's for sure.

Excellent customer service and great work. I typically never have complaints when I receive my clothes back. Fareeda who works at the front desk is consistently very helpful and friendly. Of all the places I’ve tried, they remain the best.

I had 4 pcs dry cleaned . 3 were came out good one was a kid fur jacket that only been used one time . The back of the jacket was damaged. Seems to have been exposed to too much heat . I took it back to them and showed them . The lady was nice apologetic. But the gentleman inside was screaming behind the glass and did not claim any responsibility. Saying that jacket already damaged . Did not even offer to refund cost of cleaning. I would not use them again .

Freeda is very helpful and greets you with a smile. I had a little problem between dry clean shirts and laundered shirts and she helped me understand to get the best out of my shirts. Give them a try.

Fareeda is always great to deal with! Her customer service skills are amazing and knows how to solve issues….cutout the middle man because she gets it done! Thank you Fareeda for all you do and for always keeping my clothes crisp and clean 🙏.
