I can’t say enough great things about this dry cleaners! I brought in a few pairs of jeans to be laundered and starched, and they absolutely nailed it. The staff was incredibly professional from the moment I walked in. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. What really impressed me was the lightning-fast turnaround time. I like my jeans with extra starch and they did not disappoint.
Service was awesome and I received my dresses back in the same day. The atmosphere was clean and the guy upfront was very nice and helpful. I will be back for sure.
Comet Cleaners are the best dry cleaners!! I praise the friendly staff and efficient service. This place was organized, clean and the worker was very friendly. It only took 24 hours for my items to be cleaned and ready for pickup. I love that they texted to inform me that my items were ready as well. Will definitely be returning!!
Please do not go here. The lady working the desk was absolutely unhelpful and rude. I took in a 100% wool coat and was just asking out of curiosity if they provide any guarantee if my item gets messed up during the process. She said and I quote “if we mess it up we mess it up. We are not responsible for your item if something happens during the process. Matter of fact I need you to sign this release so you acknowledge we will not be at fault.” Terrible customer service of course I understand they cannot guarantee this but th... read more
They shrunk all my paints they are now high waters. I'm so pissed! Will never use them again! The Comet in Mansfield and on Boat Club are the best. But this one on Western Center RUINED MY PANTS!!!😡😡😡
