I had amazing service from Comet Cleaners. The associate who helped me was Angie. She was quick and offered additional help to questions I had about their services. I was also very happy to know that they take back hangers which means they do not end up in a landfill.
This is the best dry cleaner I’ve found since we moved here six months ago. Their work is excellent, and I have never received such a fast turnaround time. To top it off they’re very friendly and very knowledgeable about their business. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t regret it!
I was quickly greeted and had my order placed in my car. I also needed to update the name on my account- which she took care of. Appreciate timeliness, customer service provided, and text message order updates.
So many things. I have been looking for a new cleaner. I dropped off 6 white dress shirts on a Friday mid day and they were ready on a Saturday. Very impressed. Then, I got the text they were ready and it was $43 for 6 dress shirts. I didnt think that could be right. I drove up on Monday. I asked the person how much for each shirt. She said, about $5 a shirt. Still didnt add up. I finally got home to look at the receipt on the plastic and it was $6.47 a shirt. I have never heard of it that high. Majority of the people that work there are nice. Every now and then I encounter someone that's not so nice. We been using the Meadowbrook location for the longest. We moved to Haltom city about 4 months ago. So we started using the western center location about 3 or 4 times and the 1st visit was good. But the other visits have not been the greatest. It always something with you getting your clothes back before 5 if you get there by 9. I know things happen but for it to keep happening
