I like the cleaners but the prices are getting out of hand. I dropped off at a satellite site and they have no clue why they go up or that they did so there is definitely some communication and training issues that need to be addressed But $8.47 for a laundry dockers just seems crazy

Made me remove my hangers off in order to accept the clothes. Did not explain to me the next day service policy. I called the next day to check on my clothes and no one answered. I drove to the location and was told my clothes were not ready. Again they did not explain to me that after a certain time of droping off my clothes they will NOT be ready the next day. I never had this issue when the other 2 Hispanic girls were working there. They would always make sure everything was good.

I brought in seven pieces of my police uniform for dry cleaning and requested a light starch. However, they did not call me to inform me that they couldn’t starch the polyester pieces. Instead, they proceeded with regular cleaning and charged me for it. I would have appreciated a call so I could take the items elsewhere.

I’ve been a costumer here for a long time and the great service and kind staff have only gotten better throughout the years. Prices are fair for how fast the turnaround time is.
