They always do an outstanding job
I am a Comet Laundry Customer for years, since neighbor franchise closed, moved to 3300 Western Center Blvd.. Surprise me "new administracion" new prices, effective since they took over early 2002. Shirts press with starch, increased considerably . Known that we are in difficult times, but I am Not using their services in the future.
I dropped my jacket off over a week ago, first she said it would take 2 days which would be Thursday and I can only pick it up after 5. I waited (which is my fault) bc I get home around 3, but I came to pick up Saturday and they changed their hours, so I couldn’t get it. Sunday’s they’re closed & now due to “inclement” weather here I am a whole week later on Saturday and they’re closed until Tuesday. I've been going to this cleaners for several years and have never had a problem. The first time I had a problem was just recently and I tried to approach the owner to get a resolution. He called my wife on her cell phone and called her a liar without even trying to understand what the problem was. This old man is a total jerk and his business is reflective of his personality.
