Extremely disappointed with this dry cleaning service. I brought in a coat and a suit 04/09, and was quoted a specific price after the staff (I believe his name is Will) inspected them in person. That price was the reason I agreed to leave my clothes there. But when I came to pick them up, the price had suddenly changed. Another staff (lady) said was that the original quote was a mistake. THEY DAMAGE YOUR CLOTHES & HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY. If you ask for a refund they Ban you. On 03/03/2025 I dropped off my Columbia jacket to COMET to be dry cleaned, it was in perfectly good condition and I’ve gotten it dry cleaned before (not at this facility but another one) and never had an issue. I dropped it off to get dry cleaned because it had been put up for a while and I wanted it cleaned before I wore it again. This was my first time using this company, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the quality of their service. The team was courteous, respectful, and demonstrated a high level of responsibility. At this point, I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Do not take your pleated apparel here! Not only did they ruin a brand new, pleated dress, there was no accountability for the mishap either, which is most upsetting to me. It was only after they steamed out the original pleats, I was told that having the dress restored in the same condition that I brought it in, was not a guarantee. The crew at this facility are courteous and efficient. They are also intentional about knowing your name and addressing you by your name. I have been going to this facility for years, and I haven’t had any cause to complain about their service. I will definitely recommend them.
