I will never go back to this cleaners again. They destroyed a custom designed sweatshirt, then tried to say i brought in like this. When asked to speak to a manager or even the owner (Jamie), I was told they would call me, it never happened. Then to add insult to injury they offered me a $3.00 credit. No explanation, no manager or Franchise Owner callback. Im a franchisee as well and I would never treat a customer in this fashion. JP and the staff at Comet are phenomenal. Service is always great and the quality of the work is excellent. Even when there were a couple of times where I wasn’t pleased with how something was delivered back to me, they rectified the issues with a customer-first approach. I highly recommend them as a service provider!
I absolutely love this dry cleaners. I came from a dry cleaner in Cedar Hill that I had done business with for years, but after some questionable practices, I decided to try this cleaner who is much closer to my home. They always give you prompt and excellent service and they text you when you’re cleaning is done. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they keep track of whether you want creases or how you want certain items handled. So glad that I left Cedar Hill behind and came to this dry cleaner.
I recently dropped off my daughter’s JROTC suit for cleaning and was very impressed with the results. They did a wonderful job removing makeup, food, and everyday wear stains, and the suit came back neatly ironed and perfectly pressed. Everything looked clean, crisp, and well cared for. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
Always a good job. Usually get it back sooner time than quoted! Very happy with their customer service also!
