I will never go back to this cleaners again. They destroyed a custom designed sweatshirt, then tried to say i brought in like this. When asked to speak to a manager or even the owner (Jamie), I was told they would call me, it never happened. Then to add insult to injury they offered me a $3.00 credit. JP and the staff at Comet are phenomenal. Service is always great and the quality of the work is excellent. Even when there were a couple of times where I wasn’t pleased with how something was delivered back to me, they rectified the issues with a customer-first approach. I highly recommend them as a service provider!
I absolutely love this dry cleaners. I came from a dry cleaner in Cedar Hill that I had done business with for years, but after some questionable practices, I decided to try this cleaner who is much closer to my home. They always give you prompt and excellent service and they text you when you’re cleaning is done. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they keep track of whether you want creases or how you want certain items handled. So glad that I left Cedar Hill behind and came to this dry cleaner.
There are many things in this life that are unpredictable!! Comic Cleaners is not one of those. In the past five years while living In Mansfield comic, Cleaners has been my go to Cleaners. And never have I been disappointed.!! Thank you, Cleaners. You have always followed Cleaning and laundering instructions to the very last detail and I appreciate you.!

Despite the items being in the company’s possession, they were not returned to me. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the store, but the store manager, JP, and the owner have refused to adequately address my concerns or provide reasonable compensation for my property. What is particularly concerning is the manner in which this situation has been handled. Rather than... read more
