I recently sent in a few pillow cases to be cleaned at Comet Cleaners and was pleased with the overall service. The staff was friendly and professional, and the turnaround time was quick. My pillow cases came back fresh, well-pressed, and neatly packaged. One minor note: if you have delicate or high-thread-count fabrics, it might be worth mentioning this in advance to ensure special care. That said, I had no issues, and the results met my expectations. Would use their service again.
Extremely disappointed with this dry cleaning service. I brought in a coat and a suit 04/09, and was quoted a specific price after the staff (I believe his name is Will) inspected them in person. That price was the reason I agreed to leave my clothes there. But when I came to pick them up, the price had suddenly changed. Another staff (lady) said was that the original quote was a mistake. THEY DAMAGE YOUR CLOTHES & HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY. If you ask for a refund they Ban you. On 03/03/2025 I dropped off my Columbia jacket to COMET to be dry cleaned, it was in perfectly good condition and I’ve gotten it dry cleaned before (not at this facility but another one) and never had an issue. I dropped it off to get dry cleaned because it had been put up for a while and I wanted it cleaned before I wore it again. Great staff, professional and friendly, they really take time to get to know you! It’s always been a pleasure driving through. They have a 24 hour drop off and same day service. We use them every week! It will be tough replacing them with another Cleaners when we move.
This was my first time using this company, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the quality of their service. The team was courteous, respectful, and demonstrated a high level of responsibility. At this point, I would not hesitate to recommend them.
