I will never go back to this cleaners again. They destroyed a custom designed sweatshirt, then tried to say i brought in like this. When asked to speak to a manager or even the owner (Jamie), I was told they would call me, it never happened. Then to add insult to injury they offered me a $3.00 credit. No explanation, no manager or Franchise Owner callback. Im a franchisee as well and I would never treat a customer in this fashion. Little value for a high price. Paid $103.00 and this is how my clothes came back to me. Called to see how they would remedy and the response wasn’t sufficient for the time and money spent. For the premium they charge they are way overpriced with subpar customer service. Will never go back. Proceed at your own risk.
I recently dropped off my daughter’s JROTC suit for cleaning and was very impressed with the results. They did a wonderful job removing makeup, food, and everyday wear stains, and the suit came back neatly ironed and perfectly pressed. Everything looked clean, crisp, and well cared for. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
JP and the staff at Comet are phenomenal. Service is always great and the quality of the work is excellent. Even when there were a couple of times where I wasn’t pleased with how something was delivered back to me, they rectified the issues with a customer-first approach. I highly recommend them as a service provider!
Love the fast turnaround, drive up convenience, reasonable prices. The staff is always courteous, polite and professional which makes the experience 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommend.
