Quick and consistently good work. I have never had an issue with this Comet Cleaners and I’ve used them for a variety of things; formal wear, graduation gowns, everyday tops and pants… always good work! The young people who work here have a sense of urgency, are polite without being robotic and friendly. Highly recommend!
Always employees are ready to help right when you enter the door. They also pay close attention to the small details you like with YOUR clothes. For example I like my cuff press with them open and not folded which creates dirt lines in my shirts. They even returned the $15 they found in my pant pockets. Now tell me who is doing that in this world. Comet Cleaners! They clean your clothes not your pockets 🫡
I've never taken my stuff to the cleaners so i have nothing to compare it to. However, I'll say that the turn around was very fast. I dropped it off they said it be ready by 5 the next day it was ready by 3. The process was smooth through and through. It only cost $14 to get my gi (karate uniform) dry cleaned that seemed reasonable to me.
Love Love Love my new cleaners!! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I had not experienced staying in my vehicle and dropping off and picking up my dry cleaning—-this is so convenient! The clothes are pressed to perfection and smell clean! So glad I made the change to Comet in Mansfield- if you haven’t been here - you are missing out!!!
Stay away !! Absolutely the worst cleaners I’ve given it a respectful amount of time for you guys to fix it. I’ve bring it to the attention and it still has never been Resolved for manager to even call or an owner Since May it is November 1, 2024 They put a hole in my son‘s custom-made shirt. They repaired it and said they never did, thankfully, I have pictures bit was never in my possession.
