Little value for a high price. Paid $103.00 and this is how my clothes came back to me. Called to see how they would remedy and the response wasn’t sufficient for the time and money spent. For the premium they charge they are way overpriced with subpar customer service. Will never go back. Proceed at your own risk.

I recently sent in a few pillow cases to be cleaned at Comet Cleaners and was pleased with the overall service. The staff was friendly and professional, and the turnaround time was quick. My pillow cases came back fresh, well-pressed, and neatly packaged. One minor note: if you have delicate or high-thread-count fabrics, it might be worth mentioning this in advance to ensure special care. That said, I had no issues, and the results met my expectations. Would use their service again.

I’ve been using Comet for the last 15 years and they haven’t failed me yet. My clothes are always nicely cleaned and pressed. If I have any leather on my garment or any jewels, they call me before they start the process . A Professional Cleaners! The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to make sure your clothes are perfectly hung in the car .

Very bad experience with management. Although Im fine with her refusal to re-clean my comforter, the situation was poorly managed, with her offering multiple times that I can “come in and smell other comforters”. I was a frequent customer but I won’t be returning.
