Little value for a high price. Paid $103.00 and this is how my clothes came back to me. Called to see how they would remedy and the response wasn’t sufficient for the time and money spent. For the premium they charge they are way overpriced with subpar customer service. Will never go back. Proceed at your own risk.
I love how the employees remember my name when I walk in the door. I know they see tons of different people all day long. Having them remember my name just makes it so much more personal. I don’t know how they do it but it’s much appreciated. The service is always excellent.
The young lady that greeted me when I took my down comforter was the same one, who was there when I picked it up. She was very professional, explained to me what to expect with the comforter, and when I out left, I made a statement about it being so big and she offered to carry it to my car. I recently moved to this area and Comets Laundry will be the place for me when I need Something dry cleaned or something of delicacy.
My item was done very nicely and in a timely manner. Very good 👍🏽
Location is convenient. The employees are very professional and friendly. And the service was quick. It was completed within a day. And of course, my clothing looks great. They are my go to place. 😃
