This was my first time using Comet. I dropped off my suit the day before I needed hoping to have it back in time. I arrived early and was informed that it would be ready that same day. I received a text message shortly after noon that it was ready for pick up. From start to finish the customer service was informative and treated me and my garments with great respect. I will be going out of my way to use Comet again.
By far the best dry cleaners I’ve been too. Helped me understand the difference of cleanings and just gave me reassurance that my clothes is in good hands. Nice!
I have finally found a cleaners that actually does a great job. No need to check my clothing articles before leaving. I pay more than surrounding cleaners but it’s well worth the difference. The personalized service is fabulous as well. I no longer need to take my clothes to North Dallas to get my items cleaned properly. The young black man behind the counter is very professional. Great hire!
This Comet Cleaners has the best customer service with the most polite staff. They text you with a notice your garments are being tended to and when it is complete, they send you another text letting you know. I appreciate the extra steps they take with their customers.
I have been bringing my clothes here for years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They do excellent work.
