Great. Clothes were ready as promised. Like the location as it is close to my home. Have known Jacob for several years and have always received great personal service from him. He surely is an asset to your business.

$797 to dry clean a shirt ! $4.97 to launder a shirt ! Heavy starch when I asked for light. Didn't give me the 25% discount marked on their window. Clearly they are not in business to satisfy their customers . NO - I wouldn't recommend this business to ANYONE - EVER

Kelly, it sounds like a little confusion. The 25% special is on dry cleaning only. But yes you have the prices correct plus applicable taxes. If we did anything wrong. Took two things. 1st one was not ironed correctly from a dry cleaner. 2nd. One came out unstitched. Pay $20 for both. This place smells like a thrift store. And the floor is always dirty. Plus the lady/girl it is not very kind. I don’t come a lot, but when they opened it was not like this. Last time I came I felt it, but I said maybe she doesn’t have a good day. Not coming back!

Middle age woman, an employee of Comet Cleaners, was rude. She kept talking to the customer in front of me in the drive- thru. After what seemed to me as 67 minutes, I had to say something. I asked if there was someone else who could help me, and she said no. The woman in the car just sneered, and so did the female employee. I waited, and waited, and waited. Drop off was good. That’s where you received the stars. Pickup was not good. The man was abrupt, interrupted me when I tried to give him my ticket. He only wanted my name and number, even though I kept trying to give my ticket. No friendliness or “chatting” from him. Very unkempt looking as well.
The gentleman working didnt bother to get up fr his seat or take out the ear buds. Not really interested in the customer. Therefore, my instructions for one piece were not followed
I've sent numerous emails and surveys. Comet used to be a reasonable cleaners, but with COVID and everyone increasing prices, shirts, laundered, are outrageous. Sending coupons for "household goods" is meaningless to me. Some cleaners in the area have one day a week when the shirts are around $2.50-or so, NOT over $3.00 as you charge. I went to pick up my clothes and I almost didn't get my stuff because phone number wasn't the rite one I told the kid that and I gave him the rite number the lady that was taking care of me was rude so I'm taking my business somewhere else
