Friendly staff but poor quality of work. I used them twice to have my dress shirts cleaned and pressed. As you can see from the pictures, this shirt was clearly not pressed and that is what they all looked like. They charge $4 a shirt which is on the higher end so I definitely won’t be back considering the quality of their work. Update: The owner provided a refund and I updated my rating to 3 stars.
Customer for several years. Convenient location, good staff, reliable, usually very good results, one or two mistakes, were corrected quickly. No damage, no losses. In 1979 shirts at Sno White were 39 cents. It’s $4.00+ per shirt now.
My order came back quickly and i was notified promptly. All of my items were in excellent condition and the staff member was extremely pleasant and helpful and efficient.
Great job on a linen blazer I thought I had ruined! Courteous and fast!!! Will continue to use!
My handmade quilt was cleaned beautifully even after it had been stored in a closet for many years. I will take more things here in the future.
