At this time, two items from our order appear to be lost. I have had to go to the store or call to get updates. No one seems to be sorry for this error. So, from a customer service standpoint, I have nothing positive to say at this time.
Friendly staff but poor quality of work. I used them twice to have my dress shirts cleaned and pressed. As you can see from the pictures, this shirt was clearly not pressed and that is what they all looked like. They charge $4 a shirt which is on the higher end so I definitely won’t be back considering the quality of their work. Update: The owner provided a refund and I updated my rating to 3 stars.
We have finally found a dry cleaner that cares about our belongings! They always do an excellent job, and always respond to issues with utmost courtesy. The gentleman who helped us most recently was particularly helpful and professional. I believe his name is Po.
Great service. Pants look great and were ready earlier than expected. Good customer service.
Professional and friendly service every time. Usually, when I go to pick up my clothing, they already knew my name which is so helpful and courteous. My dry cleaning is perfect every time. I love Covid cleaners I recommend them to everyone.
