I was greeted so warmly and friendly as if were walking into an old friend’s house. Lizzy was cheerful, personable, and professional (she counted my pieces twice, just to double check...it was a somewhat large order). And despite a slightly cumbersome credit card issue (she updated my card on-file) she was light hearted and pleasant. The overall experience reminded me that service with a smile is by no means dead. My order was ready when they said it would be and I like that with the cost of dry cleaning increasing, Classic frequently emails me coupons!! But best of all my clothes don’t have that dry cleaning chemical smell!!
